Having had a couple of great leaders myself and hearing from my candidates what’s important to them in their future boss, I came across this interesting article that surveyed the Australian workforce on what was important to the majority of the country. The top 5 that were competency, ambition, being open minded and innovative, being caring and emotionally intelligent, and cooperative with the ability to work as a team. Analyst firm Gartner today released its top 25 global supply chain list today with Apple claiming the top spot for a 3rd successive year with Unilever making a significant move upwards, and tech firm Lenovo coming out of nowhere to take the number 20 spot.
