In a market where the talent shortage is a reality for most employers do you really know what your employees want? I recently came across the results from a poll news.com.au ran and it found that Australians want to work, rest, play and have a day off on their birthday!  …The perfect job allows you the flexibility to dodge the peak hour rushes, time for a lunchtime siesta and include a workday workout. And you should be able to take a time-out day when you need it. The survey highlights again the increasing need for employers to be flexible around start/finish times, working from home options and the option to work compressed hours for days in lieu.
