I came across this interesting article by Richard Branson which talks about defining entrepreneurs.  With our changing marketplace, we all need to become entrepreneurs and not be afraid of being innovative. Certainly our clients are looking beyond the norm and always keen to work with organisations who are indeed innovators and entrepreneurial.  It would appear that “same-same”, may not be the best approach. This article has inspired me to make sure my approach is to innovate, and with that add value – do something a little bit different.  Hope it inspires you too!
