I recently came across a new website which has the aim of being the ‘trip adviser’ of companies!
It’s obviously in the infancy stages at the moment however, it has the potential to reveal exactly what your employees think about the organisation and in turn influence the perception and brand of the company in both a positive and negative way. In the past eight weeks, more than 160 Australian companies have been reviewed by current and previous employees and this number is growing fast! I will be watching this to see how it develops.
