Angie brings to u&u over 17 years of recruitment experience gained in Australia and London. Angie has developed a high level of expertise recruiting HR and Change Management professionals including; senior level HR Directors, HR Business Partners, HR Managers and HR Advisor roles, on a permanent and interim/contract basis within the private and public sectors. Her career within recruitment commenced in Western Australia where she managed the growth and development of a boutique consultancy working junior to senior level roles cross discipline and into industry sectors including Mining & Resources, Insurance and State Government.

On moving to London in 2005, Angie worked for an International recruitment organisation, where she specialised in HR recruitment into Financial Services, Commerce & Industry and Public Sector.  In addition to recruiting HR generalist roles, she has recruited Learning & Development, HR Transformation Specialist, In-House Recruitment and Remuneration & Benefits roles.

Angie was then tasked with the growth and development of a senior level Change Management team where she recruited Project Managers and Business Analysts on an interim basis focussing on the Financial Services industry, specifically Investment Banking.

Angie possesses a consultative approach and enjoys building a relationship with her clients and her candidates.  She ensures that she has a thorough understanding of the brief, allowing her to add value throughout the search and selection process, successfully matching the career expectations of the candidate, to the client’s HR objectives.  Angie has commenced her Masters of Business Administration, specialising in HR and is a Member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA).
