Jacqui is one of the business owners of u&u. She has earned a reputation as one of Queensland’s leading executive search and recruitment consultants on the basis of the depth of her industry knowledge, her extensive network of candidates and contacts, and her professional and personable approach.

Jacqui places senior candidates in senior executive positions with corporates, government departments and GOC’s. She has carried out successful searches in energy, resources, construction, infrastructure, property, EPCM, financial services, health, travel, education, ICT, industrial and retail sectors.

Jacqui commenced her recruitment career in 2000, joining Morgan and Banks (which later became Hudson Global Resources) in Canberra and undertaking executive recruitment assignments for public and private sector clients. In 2005 Jacqui transferred to Hudson’s Brisbane office as Principal Consultant, where she became one of the company’s most successful consultants and received the Chairman’s Award as top permanent executive recruiter for Australia and New Zealand. Before founding u&u, Jacqui worked with the boutique executive search business, Alex Kaar, heading their Brisbane operations where she undertook a range of senior search assignments.

Prior to recruitment, Jacqui had a legal background, specialising in trade practices, competition and corporate law. She commenced her career in 1994 with the Queensland Government in Brisbane, and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and Treasury Department in Canberra. She completed a Bachelor of Laws from QUT in 1994 and is a Member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA).
