Director

Scott is one of the business owners of u&u. He leads senior executive search and recruitment assignments with a focus on both commercial and government clients, particularly within mining, oil & gas, financial services, infrastructure, utilities, professional services, and ICT.

Prior to founding u&u, Scott was a Director with Hudson Global Resources, based in their Queensland office. Scott was responsible for leading five key divisions (sales and marketing, financial services, legal, human resources and public sector), undertaking senior executive search and recruitment assignments.

Scott has established an extensive professional network of clients and senior candidates with a number of Queensland and Australia’s leading organisations and is passionate about client service excellence.

Scott was originally based in the UK where he worked for global organisations such as Dun & Bradstreet, Vodafone and Xerox Corporation. He also spent four years as Global Account Director for European Telecommunications & Technology (ETT) where he managed two global accounts; Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and Bloomberg and was responsible for managing a global account team with key personnel in London, New York, Paris, Düsseldorf, New Delhi and Singapore.

Scott graduated from De Montfort University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science. He is a Member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA) and an Associate Fellow with the Australian Institute of Management.
