Digital channels to market, including social media, are becoming an increasingly important focus area for even the smallest business. And for good reason – a strong, robust campaign can deliver measurable results with incredible speed and minimal investment. The opportunity for brands to understand and engage with their market in real time is a powerful marketing tool.

But while it can be fast, cheap and highly targeted, social media engagement isn’t a silver bullet. Marketers must put the same rigour into planning, executing and maintaining social media campaigns as with other channels to deliver outcomes.
