Marketing Specialist – Martech Transformation
12-month contract | Hybrid working
 
A national financial services organisation is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support a major internal martech transformation program.
 
This role is focused on the transition from Adobe Experience Manager to Adobe Journey Optimiser, supporting the migration, uplift and optimisation of customer journeys and campaigns. Platform capability and experience working across a migration will be highly regarded.
 
The Role

Working within a cross-functional customer marketing team, the Marketing Specialist will support the execution and transition of marketing journeys into AJO, ensuring campaigns continue to perform while the platform and ways of working evolve.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Support the migration of campaigns and journeys from AEM to Adobe Journey Optimizer;

  • Uplift and optimise customer journeys within the new platform;

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns aligned to project timelines and transformation milestones;

  • Work closely with marketing, technology and delivery teams to align requirements and execution;

  • Apply customer insights, personalisation and automation to journey design;

  • Analyse campaign and journey performance and recommend improvements; and

  • Support documentation, testing and transition activities associated with the new martech platform.

You will bring

  • Strong experience delivering marketing campaigns within email platform transformation or platform transition projects;

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager and / or Adobe Journey Optimizer;

  • Proven ability to execute and optimise multi-channel journeys within complex environments;

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and delivery focus; and

  • Background in financial services or regulated environments preferred.
