Join a highly respected Australian consultancy providing multi-disciplinary services across engineering and surveying projects.

As the sole Accounts Payable officer, you will manage a high-volume workload, but don’t worry, you will have a thorough handover.

Responsibilities will include:

• Process supplier invoices, credit card transactions and employee expense reimbursements;

• Prepare weekly payment runs and reconcile supplier statements;

• Review and follow up outstanding purchase orders and resolve invoice discrepancies;

• Respond to supplier and internal accounts payable enquiries in a timely and professional manner;

• Assist with month-end processes, including project cost reconciliations and accrual reporting; and

• Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes.

To be considered for this position, you will need:

• Very strong experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable position;

• Proven ability working within a fast-paced, high-volume environment;

• Strong system knowledge, ideally with Dynamics 365 Business Central; and

• Professional and friendly communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
