The Role

  • Provide broad administrative support to the business, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly;

  • Coordinate meetings, video calls and staff travel arrangements for internal stakeholders;

  • Prepare, format and proofread presentations, reports and business documentation;

  • Assist with internal events, meetings and team functions;

  • Support expense reconciliation and general administrative processes; and

  • Respond to requests through the shared administration inbox and collaborate closely with the wider administration team.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2-3+ years’ experience in an Business Administration or Team Support role within a corporate environment;

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach;

  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships across all levels of the business;

  • A team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing to a positive workplace culture; and

  • Able to work full-time onsite in the Sydney CBD office.
