This Global Manufacturing company needs your help to centralise Fleet Management functions, developing processes and procedures to lay the foundation for a long-term, dedicated Fleet Administrator position.
Currently split across different divisions within the business, are the following tasks you will take responsibility for:
Coordinate the day-to-day administration of the company fleet;
Maintain fleet records including registrations, insurance, servicing, fuel cards, and vehicle allocations;
Schedule vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, and compliance requirements;
Liaise with drivers, suppliers, service providers, and dealerships;
Process fleet-related invoices, reconcile expenses, and assist with cost reporting;
Manage fuel cards and toll accounts;
Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing, and road safety regulations;
Coordinate vehicle onboarding, handovers, and returns;
Manage insurance claims, vehicle incidents, and infringement notices;
Maintain driver records, licences, inductions, and training documentation; and
Generate fleet reports and maintain accurate data within fleet management systems.
To be considered for this position, we are seeking:
Fleet Management experience;
Proven ability to create policies and procedures and implement them throughout the business;
Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite skills;
A high level of attention to detail; and
Professional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
