Providing administration support to Brokers and Advisers, your daily responsibilities will include:
Data entry of new business applications;
Processing of changes to investments & bonds;
Processing withdrawal requests;
CRM database maintenance; and
Responding to emails and assisting Brokers/Advisers with administration.
We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in this industry and who is hungry to learn. You will also need to have:
Some administration, customer service and/or data entry experience;
Professional communication skills;
A willingness to help your teammates; and
Very strong attention to detail.
