Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm;

All we need is your fabulous attitude and a willingness to learn, and the provided training will have you a payroll expert in no time.
Working within the Construction/Project industry, your main responsibilities will include:
Reviewing, entering and processing pays for approximately 100 employees;
Allocating pay costings to projects;
Leave calculations;
Investigating discrepancies;
Petty cash balancing;
Administrative support to the National Manager;
Database management;
Liaising with teams both on and off site;
Filing and archiving; and
Spreadsheet management.
To be considered for this position, we are seeking:
Some administration experience, including data entry and working with numbers;
A genuine interest in learning payroll;
The ability to work Monday to Friday in the office;
A friendly, team-focused attitude; and
Proven ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines.
