The Opportunity
This newly created role sits within the Operations team and works closely with the Executive Assistant and broader leadership group.
It’s a hands-on position that plays an important role in keeping the office and wider team running smoothly. You’ll be involved in a genuine mix of responsibilities – from helping coordinate meetings and preparing documents, through to supporting internal initiatives and assisting with day-to-day office operations. Success in this role comes from someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in the detail, and is happy to contribute wherever needed to keep the team running smoothly. This role would suit someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in getting things right, and is keen to build their experience in a supportive and professional environment. You’ll work closely with an experienced Executive Assistant and gain exposure to how a well-run property development business operates**.**
Key Responsibilities
Providing administrative and coordination support across the business;
Supporting diary management, meeting coordination and internal scheduling;
Preparing documents, reports and correspondence;
Assisting with internal coordination and business activities;
Supporting the Executive Assistant with day-to-day priorities;
Managing office supplies and general office coordination;
Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders; and
Supporting business events and internal initiatives.
About You
This role would suit someone who:
Has experience in an administrative, office support or coordination role;
Is organised, reliable and enjoys keeping things running smoothly;
Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in doing things well;
Is confident communicating with a range of people across a business;
Is comfortable working in a structured environment and following systems;
Is proactive and happy to roll up their sleeves to help where needed;
Enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly;
Is keen to learn and develop their skills over time; and
Strong Microsoft Office skills are important, and experience with task management systems such as Microsoft Planner is helpful but not essential.
