About the Role
As the Administrator, Ethics, Integrity & Compliance, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of research governance processes. You will provide frontline support to researchers and students, coordinate committee activities, and assist with the delivery of training, events and engagement activities. This role offers excellent exposure to ethics and compliance frameworks and the opportunity to develop valuable professional skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support including diary management, meeting coordination, correspondence and frontline enquiry handling;
Support committee operations through preparation and distribution of agendas, minutes, reports and documentation;
Maintain and update ethics databases, filing systems and records in line with compliance requirements;
Assist with training sessions, workshops and outreach activities, working closely with Advisors and committee members;
Provide backup support during peak periods or staff leave, including document preparation and basic application triage;
Contribute to reporting, data collation and logistics for audits, reviews and external communications; and
Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-training across ethics, integrity and compliance functions.
About You
You are a proactive and organised administrator with strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to accuracy, professionalism and maintaining high standards of integrity. Experience in committee support or governance administration is desirable but not essential.
