Are you an experienced Program or Portfolio Delivery Lead looking to play a key role in shaping the delivery of a growing enterprise AI and automation portfolio?
We are seeking an experienced AI Portfolio Delivery Lead to join a high-profile transformation function within a large, complex organisation, supporting the delivery and governance of multiple concurrent AI and automation initiatives.
This is a senior portfolio-level role, responsible for bringing structure, governance, visibility and delivery discipline across a growing portfolio of initiatives and multiple engineering streams.
The initial engagement is for 6 months, with an ASAP start. The role will be based out of my client’s office in Melbourne CBD.
About the Role:
You will:
Lead portfolio delivery across multiple AI and automation initiatives;
Manage governance, reporting, risks, dependencies and delivery cadence;
Coordinate senior stakeholder and executive reporting forums;
Track business outcomes, benefits and value realisation;
Work across Technology, Security, Architecture, Operations and vendors; and
Monitor portfolio capacity, resources and delivery priorities.
About You:
You'll bring:
Extensive Program Management or Portfolio Delivery experience;
Experience managing multi-stream technology or transformation portfolios;
Strong executive reporting and governance experience;
Advanced Jira and Confluence skills;
Strong risk, compliance and stage-gate governance capability; and
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
