Are you a hands-on AI Engineer who enjoys taking ideas from an ambiguous business problem through to a production-ready solution?

We are seeking experienced AI Solutions Engineers to join a high-performing AI and automation function within a large enterprise organisation.

This is a highly autonomous role where you'll work directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define AI problems, design solutions and take them through to production.

You'll work across AI applications, automation and agentic workflows, with a strong focus on AWS and Amazon Bedrock.

About the Role:

You will:

  • Design and build production-grade AI and automation solutions;

  • Work with business stakeholders to identify and solve opportunities;

  • Develop Python services, APIs and automation components;

  • Build solutions using AWS and Amazon Bedrock;

  • Develop LLM, agentic and hybrid AI solutions; and

  • Optimise, monitor and measure solutions in production.

About You:

You'll bring:

  • Strong hands-on Python development experience;

  • Proven AWS and Amazon Bedrock experience;

  • Experience building and deploying production AI solutions;

  • Strong knowledge of LLMs, foundation models and agentic AI;

  • Experience with APIs, automation and enterprise integrations; and

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.

About the Opportunity:

This is an opportunity to work on applied AI at genuine enterprise scale, within a high-output team where individual contribution is highly visible.

You'll have the autonomy to take ownership of solutions from discovery through to deployment, working directly with business stakeholders to turn real business problems into practical AI and automation solutions.

A key part of the role will also be helping build capability across the wider organisation, including sharing knowledge, development patterns and practical approaches that enable teams to safely adopt AI and automation.

The role will suit an engineer who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working closely with stakeholders and turning emerging AI technology into practical commercial outcomes.

If you're looking for a role where you can combine hands-on engineering with meaningful business impact, we'd be keen to hear from you.
