The Opportunity

As an Administration Officer, you will provide efficient and accurate business, HR, and operational support within a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining compliance and supporting a diverse frontline workforce.

Key highlights of the role:

  • Deliver responsive support across payroll, finance, HR and rostering functions;

  • Assist administrative and operational staff with accurate coordination and advice;

  • Handle asset, procurement and business system administration tasks;

  • Support performance reporting and service delivery requirements; and

  • Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to achieve positive outcomes.

Required Experience

You will bring a strong administrative skillset and confidence working in an environment requiring accuracy, discretion and collaboration. Your ability to multitask and prioritise will ensure seamless service delivery every day.

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in administration within a busy operational setting;

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach;

  • Competence in interpreting policies, procedures and delegations;

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information;

  • A team mindset with demonstrated ability to support colleagues;

  • Must hold or be able to obtain a valid Blue Card; and

  • Australian working rights and willingness to undergo screening checks.
