  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team administrative processes.

This role may involve exposure to sensitive or distressing information, and appropriate support mechanisms will be provided.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities;

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, records management, and documentation;

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

  • Experience providing customer service or stakeholder support;

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required; and

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems.

Highly regarded

  • Experience in workers’ compensation, insurance, or a regulatory / government environment; and

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office-based administrative role.

Benefits

This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to meaningful work that supports workplace safety and positive return-to-work outcomes.

You will gain valuable experience in a government environment, working within structured frameworks and engaging with a broad range of stakeholders.
