Job Details

Our Queensland State Government client is seeking an Our Queensland State Government client is seeking an AO3 Fleet Leasing Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis. Based in Brisbane’s CBD, the role will be for an initial period until end of November, with strong prospects for extension. Working 38 hours per week, the casual hourly rate will be $51.12 plus super.
 
About the Role

As a Fleet Leasing Administrator, you will play an integral role in supporting the delivery of leasing and fleet management services. The role involves day-to-day administrative management of vehicle leasing activities, stakeholder engagement and data reporting.
 
What We’re Looking For

  • Prior administration experience in fleet leasing or within the automotive industry including knowledge in fleet leasing / vehicle specifications;

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt easily to new processes and systems;

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment;

  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team; and

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and clients.
