About the Role

Our State Government client is seeking multiple temporary AO3 Levies Officers to support increased workloads within the Levies Team. These roles offer an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful regulatory and compliance work within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Based in Northgate, the positions commence ASAP and run until the end of February, with possible extension. Working 36.25 hours per week, the casual hourly rate is circa $50 + super. Hybrid work flexibility is available.

In this role, you will support the processing, reconciliation and finalisation of levy revenue and project data. You will perform financial and administrative tasks essential to legislative compliance while providing high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Solid experience in processing-focused roles within finance administration, compliance, or data processing;

  • Ability to interpret financial data and project information;

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical ability and problem-solving skills;

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability;

  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively; and

  • Experience in government, regulatory environments or customer-facing roles (advantageous).
