About the Role

Our QLD State Government client is seeking a motivated and experienced AO4 Lease Coordinator to join team on a temporary basis. Based in the Brisbane CBD, the role will be initially until 30th June 2026 with likely extension. Working 36.25 hours per week, the casual hourly will be $60.05 plus super.
 
Working within a collaborative leasing team, you’ll play a key role in coordinating and supporting a range of office accommodation and leasing functions — including planning and delivering leased office space, providing advice on commercial lease management, supporting executive and sensitive projects, maintaining property and financial systems, assisting with budgeting and reporting and liaising with key stakeholders such as landlords and tenants.
 
Key Requirements

  • Financial and administrative experience, including invoice checking, preparation and data management;

  • Commercial leasing experience within government or private sector environments;

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with landlords, tenants and internal stakeholders to resolve property issues;

  • Proficiency with property or finance systems, ideally Manhattan or similar; and

  • Excellent communication, attention to detail and organisational skills.
