Support key workers’ compensation programs through administration, stakeholder engagement, and coordination in a dynamic government environment.

Our client is a Queensland Government organisation responsible for improving work health and safety outcomes, supporting workers’ compensation schemes, and delivering fair regulatory services across the state.

You will join a collaborative and purpose-driven environment focused on delivering high-quality services, improving community outcomes, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

We are seeking an AO3 Administration Officer on a 12-month contract based in Brisbane CBD.

In this role, you will provide administrative support across multiple teams responsible for workers’ compensation education, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of training, communications, and operational processes within a structured regulatory environment.

This is a varied and fast-paced position suited to candidates with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

This role may involve exposure to sensitive or distressing information, and appropriate support mechanisms will be provided.
