u&u Recruitment Partners are proud to be partnering with Mackay Hospital and Health Service (MHHS to recruit an AO5 Finance Officer for a 6-month contract within the Strategic Finance team.

This is a true management accounting and finance business partnering role. Reporting to the Manager, Management Accounting, you will be responsible for your own portfolio, partnering closely with operational stakeholders to support budgeting, financial reporting and informed business decisions.

This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships with stakeholders, analysing financial information and influencing positive financial outcomes across a large and complex organisation.

To be successful in this position, you will have previous experience within management accounting or financial analysis and be confident partnering with stakeholders across a large organisation. You will enjoy working collaboratively, have strong analytical skills and be comfortable managing competing priorities.
