u&u. Recruitment Partners is proudly assisting the Department of Education’s Infrastructure Services Division to appoint an AO7 Project Coordinator within the School Facilities Operations Advisors (SFOA) stream. You’ll join a professional team improving statewide school facilities operations 

 where planning discipline, stakeholder alignment and clear communication are paramount.

The Department of Education (DoE) is committed to a high-performing education system where every student succeeds. Within DoE, the 

 enables great learning through safe, reliable facilities across Queensland’s schools. You’ll work alongside SFOAs and leaders to lift day-to-day facilities operations.

, you will investigate, plan and coordinate initiatives across the SFOA stream. You’ll refine processes and procedures, maintain clear documentation, and keep stakeholders aligned so projects land on time and to standard.

You are a proactive project professional with excellent planning and stakeholder skills, comfortable coordinating several workstreams at once and translating analysis into action.
