As a trusted partner to the CEO, you will play a central role in modelling, shaping and executing Vitura Health’s growth strategy, including funding, M&A, capital market engagement all while embedding robust governance practices. You will produce high quality financial statements and statutory reporting to ensure informed decision making.

In this role, you will bring strong financial leadership as a CA or CPA-qualified professional, ideally with experience as a CFO in an ASX-listed or highly regulated environment. The position may include the Company Secretarial function, depending on your background. Candidates with expertise in healthcare, technology, or similar sectors will be highly regarded, as will those from professional services supporting listed companies. This opportunity is ideal for an accomplished finance executive or an ambitious senior finance professional seeking to accelerate their career into an ASX-listed CFO role, driving growth, governance, and strategic direction within a dynamic organisation.

This role can be based in Brisbane or the Gold Coast.
