This Queensland Government division plays a critical role in supporting individuals, families and communities as they recover from natural disasters. Guided by values of compassion, integrity and service, the organisation provides vital financial and practical support to people experiencing hardship. You’ll be joining a dedicated team committed to helping Queenslanders rebuild with dignity and confidence.

 to join a rapid-response talent pool activated during disaster recovery periods. When deployed, you’ll help process hardship grant applications, provide administrative and customer support, and ensure community members can access essential assistance quickly and smoothly.
