Team Global Express is one of Australia's largest integrated freight and logistics companies, providing transport and supply chain services across both Australia and New Zealand. It delivers parcels, pallets and large freight using a multimodal network that combines road, rail, air and sea transport.

This is a rare executive opportunity to lead a business-critical function responsible for delivering exceptional HR and Payroll operational services across a large and diverse workforce. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead Employee Services, Payroll, Time & Attendance and People Systems, while playing a key role in the organisation's payroll transformation and future operating model. This position offers the opportunity to influence strategy, improve service delivery and lead a high-performing team through a period of significant change.
