Take ownership of a varied portfolio of people projects with the opportunity to create, facilitate and support initiatives across the organisation.

u&u Recruitment Partners is partnering with a unique Queensland organisation to recruit an experienced Organisational Development & Learning HR BP for a 12-month opportunity.

Sitting within the Organisational Development team as part of the broader People & Capability function, this role will support a number of key people initiatives throughout the 2026 – 2027 financial year.

Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, Inclusion and Projects, you will work closely with leaders and stakeholders across the organisation, supporting initiatives across organisational development, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, leadership capability and employee engagement.

This is a varied opportunity with a strong focus on supporting practical OD and learning initiatives across the organisation.

The role will also support employee surveys, learning programs, recognition initiatives and a range of OD and L&D projects across the organisation.

We are looking for an experienced Organisational Development & Learning HR BP who enjoys working across a broad portfolio and can confidently support both the development and implementation of people initiatives.

A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or accreditation in psychometric tools such as DiSC, MBTI or TMS would be highly regarded.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established People & Capability team and work across a genuinely varied program of OD and learning initiatives.

With a clear program of work mapped out for the year, you will have the opportunity to contribute across learning, capability, culture, DEI and leadership development while working closely with stakeholders throughout the organisation.

The position is Brisbane based, with some work across other locations as required. Some out-of-hours work, weekend work and occasional travel may also be required.
