I’m delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded national law firm as they seek a Legal Assistant to join their standout Insurance practice. You’ll be supporting a high-performing Partner and their team, playing a key role in providing both administrative and PA support across a busy insurance matters portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to insurance litigation, client management and firm-wide administrative processes, perfect for someone looking to grow their legal career in a collaborative, mid-tier environment.

You’ll support a Partner and their team across all aspects of insurance matters, from file management and court filings to billing and client liaison. The role offers structured support, a fast-paced environment and exposure to essential processes that will strengthen your skills and boost your CV.

You bring at least 2 years’ experience in a Legal or Personal Assistant role, with strong diary management skills and a client-focused approach. You are organised, detail-oriented, proactive and confident using MS Word and legal systems. Experience in insurance or litigation matters is a bonus, but not essential.
