Partner with senior leaders to influence change and deliver impact across the employee lifecycle in a senior, hands-on P&C Business Partner role.

I am thrilled to be partnering with a global brand with a strong Australian presence who are expanding operations locally. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Senior People & Culture Business Partner who will work closely with senior leaders to shape capability, performance and culture. This role blends strategic partnering with hands on ER, safety and workforce initiatives in a value driven, results focused organisation.

The ideal candidate will have strong ER and IR experience, able to influence senior leaders and navigate complex environments, while balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on delivery.
