Our client, Pacific Industries Limited, is one of Papua New Guinea's leading FMCG manufacturers and distributors with a history spanning more than 70 years. As the exclusive PepsiCo bottler in PNG, they manufacture and distribute iconic brands including Pepsi, 7UP and Mountain Dew whilst servicing customers nationwide through an extensive distribution network.

Backed by significant investment in manufacturing capability and infrastructure, the business continues to strengthen its market position while driving innovation across its portfolio. With state of the art production facilities, a strong customer focus, and a commitment to quality, PIL has built a reputation as one of PNG's most respected consumer goods companies.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced sales leader looking to make a meaningful impact within one of Papua New Guinea's leading FMCG businesses. As Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership of a significant sales operation, leading and developing a team of sales professionals while driving commercial performance across a diverse customer base.

Managing a broad geographic territory, you will be responsible for executing the company's sales strategy, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to accelerate growth. You'll work closely with distributors, retailers and internal stakeholders to ensure execution, maximise market coverage and deliver strong commercial outcomes.

Success in this role will require a hands on leader who can balance strategic planning with operational execution. You'll be passionate about coaching and mentoring teams, fostering a high performance culture, and building the capability needed to achieve ambitious sales targets. Equally, you'll be comfortable analysing market trends, identifying opportunities and implementing initiatives that drive sustainable growth.
