Lead marketing across a multi-venue hospitality group, bringing structure, clarity and impact to a high-volume environment with strong stakeholder engagement.

Parramatta | 6-month contract | Immediate start

A multi-venue hospitality and entertainment group is looking for a Marketing Manager to step into a fast-paced environment and bring structure, clarity and execution to a busy marketing function.

Across multiple venues, there’s a constant flow of campaigns, events, promotions and activations - the focus now is pulling it all together into something more cohesive, consistent and commercially effective.

You’ll sit at the centre of the marketing function, working closely with venue leaders and internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns and keep everything moving.

You’ll lead a team of 4 across marketing and membership, bringing structure, prioritisation and clarity to a high-volume environment.

A big part of the role is stakeholder management - aligning different priorities, pushing back where needed, and ensuring marketing activity is focused.

You’ll also help improve how the team operates - from content planning and social calendars through to reporting and CRM.

You thrive in fast-paced environments where there’s a lot going on and priorities are constantly shifting.

You’re confident managing stakeholders, pushing back when needed, and bringing order to complexity.

Experience in hospitality, clubs, retail or other high-volume consumer environments will set you up well, particularly where promotions and compliance are a factor.

Most importantly, you’re someone who can take ownership, prioritise effectively and get things done.
