—the Queensland Government’s building and maintenance delivery business – on a critical assignment within a live, 24/7 operational environment. You’ll be part of a professional project team delivering works in a correctional facility where safety, compliance and clear communication are paramount.

 you will oversee the day-to-day coordination of construction works delivered by the Managing Contractor, acting on behalf of the Superintendent and their representative. You’ll conduct daily inspections, verify that works meet approved documentation and management plans, track progress against the construction programme, ensure Building Act compliance inspections are completed and recorded and support on-site contract administration (claims, variations, EOTs, RFIs).

You’re a practical, site-confident leader with a strong safety mindset and excellent stakeholder skills, comfortable operating in complex, live environments.
