Opportunity to join a well-established ASX-listed organisation as Assistant Company Secretary / EA. In this trusted role, you will play a key part in supporting the Company Secretary and senior executives, ensuring effective governance, seamless board operations and high-quality executive support.

The Role:

  • Manage end-to-end board and subcommittee administration, including agendas, papers and meeting logistics;

  • Own the collation and upload of board papers to Diligent;

  • Act as liaison for board members directors, coordinating travel and accommodation;

  • Provide EA support to the Company Secretary and 2 senior leaders, including diary, travel, expenses and invoice management;

  • Ownership of the annual board calendar, prepare and ensure meetings run smoothly;

  • Manage company registers, statutory records, legal documentation and share plans; and

  • Work in close partnership with Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs teams, building strong stakeholder relationships.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in an Assistant Company Secretary, Board Administrator or Board EA with exposure to governance;

  • Strong understanding of board processes and corporate administration;

  • High level of discretion, integrity and professionalism;

  • Strong commercial acumen with a drive for efficiency and high performance; and

  • Exceptional attention to detail, consistently delivering accurate, high-quality work.
