The Role
Joining a high-performing and well-structured Family Law practice, you will:
Work across a broad range of complex and high-value family law matters;
Partner closely with a respected Principal on major files;
Appear in Court for procedural hearings and manage matters end-to-end;
Mentor and guide junior lawyers within the team; and
Build trusted client relationships and contribute to the group’s continued growth.
The team works collaboratively, sharing knowledge and supporting one another in achieving the best outcomes for clients.
About You
To be successful, you will bring:
A minimum of 5 years’ post-admission experience in Family Law;
Strong technical skills and confidence managing files independently;
Experience in drafting financial agreements and representing clients in contested proceedings;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
A genuine team focus and an interest in mentoring others.
This role would suit an experienced Associate ready to step up, or a Senior Associate seeking a supportive and well-structured environment to continue developing.
