About the Role
In this role, you’ll support the brand strategy and campaign planning for a leading global consumer brand. You’ll work across a suite of products, contributing to campaign design, implementation, analysis, and optimisation. This is a role for someone who enjoys seeing the direct impact of their marketing efforts, driving brand consistency, and collaborating across teams.
In this role, you’ll:
Support the development and implementation of brand strategy and brand books;
Assist in creating and maintaining brand assets, ensuring consistency across campaign;
Plan, execute and optimise marketing campaigns, including seasonal campaigns and product launches;
Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement;
Collaborate with creative, media, and research agencies to deliver marketing initiatives;
Support integration of marketing campaigns across internal teams, including field and customer engagement; and
Champion a positive, values-driven team culture.
About You
You’re a hands-on marketing professional with experience in campaign planning and brand management. You’re proactive, creative, and enjoy translating strategy into impactful marketing execution.
You’ll bring:
Experience in brand strategy, campaign planning and implementation;
Proficiency in marketing analytics and campaign performance measurement;
Strong collaboration skills, including working with agencies and internal stakeholders;
A creative mindset with an eye for consistent and engaging brand communication; and
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in consumer-facing or lifestyle brands is advantageous, but alignment to strategic campaign delivery and brand consistency is key.
