Brand & Content Lead
Brisbane | Full-Time | Hybrid
 
Are you a brand storyteller who knows how to turn ideas into campaigns people actually remember? Do you thrive in fast-paced consumer environments where creativity, culture and commercial thinking go hand in hand?
 
We’re excited to be partnering with a growing Brisbane-based consumer brand with a loyal following, bold ambitions and a genuinely fun culture.
 
They’re now looking for a Brand & Content Lead to shape how the brand shows up across every touchpoint from social and CX through to partnerships and community engagement.
 
This role suits someone who loves both big-picture brand thinking and being hands-on in execution - from shaping campaigns and content direction through to building EDMs, updating website content and creating assets in Canva.
 
What You’ll Do

  • Lead the brand and content strategy across digital, social, campaigns and partnerships;

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution across web, email, social and customer communications;

  • Create and publish content across key channels including website CMS updates, EDM builds and social content;

  • Develop brand-led creative concepts and bring them to life across multiple touchpoints;

  • Produce and adapt content and creative assets using tools like Canva;

  • Oversee organic social strategy and brand storytelling;

  • Brief and manage external creative production including photography, video and copy where required;

  • Drive brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and customer-facing channels; and

  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise content based on insights.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in brand, content or social-led marketing roles within consumer, retail, lifestyle, hospitality or wellness brands;

  • Strong copywriting and content creation capability across digital channels;

  • Hands-on experience with various digital platforms and tools;

  • Ability to move confidently between strategy, ideation and execution;

  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to translate brand strategy into engaging content;

  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and operating in a lean, fast-moving environment;

  • Highly collaborative with strong stakeholder management skills; and

  • Commercially minded while still deeply creative.
