Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking for an opportunity to work across a major business and technology transformation program within a complex, multi-site organisation?

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a portfolio of business and technology initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, project teams, technology teams and external delivery partners.

This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity, with an ASAP start.

About the Role

You will:

• Lead business analysis across a range of business and technology initiatives;

• Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into clear requirements;

• Analyse current-state processes and support future-state design;

• Develop requirements, process maps, business rules and acceptance criteria;

• Support testing, implementation and business readiness activities; and

• Work closely with project teams, vendors and senior business stakeholders.

About You

You'll bring:

• Strong Business Analysis experience within complex project environments;

• Excellent requirements elicitation, documentation and process analysis skills;

• Proven ability to engage stakeholders from operational teams through to executives;

• Experience supporting transformation, implementation or process improvement initiatives;

• Strong understanding of business readiness, testing and implementation activities; and

• A practical, collaborative approach with the ability to work autonomously.

About the Opportunity

You will join a significant transformation portfolio supporting a period of organisational growth and change.

The work will span multiple business and technology workstreams, with the successful candidate working across projects rather than being restricted to a single area.

This is well suited to a BA who enjoys variety, stakeholder engagement and hands-on delivery, and who can move comfortably between understanding the business problem, documenting requirements and supporting implementation.
