I’m currently partnering with a large, complex organisation embarking on a significant enterprise-wide ERP transformation and I’m looking for two experienced Business Analysts to join the program during a critical early phase. These are excellent opportunities to get involved while key requirements, technology decisions and the future roadmap are still being shaped.
 
I’m recruiting across two distinct BA profiles:
 
Business Analyst – Requirements & Process

This role will focus on developing the business requirements and process foundations that will support ERP product selection and the broader transformation.
 
Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating requirements workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs;

• Eliciting, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements;

• Undertaking current-state analysis and BPMN / process mapping;

• Maintaining clear traceability across processes, requirements and procurement documentation;

• Identifying pain points, dependencies and opportunities for improvement; and

• Supporting a move towards standard, out-of-the-box ERP functionality.

I’m looking for a strong BA with experience across large ERP, enterprise platform or business transformation programs, with excellent requirements, process mapping, workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement capability.
 
Functional / Technical Business Analyst – ERP & Cloud

This role has a stronger technical and functional focus, supporting analysis of the existing enterprise application environment and a significant cloud transformation workstream.
 
Key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with architects, technical teams, product teams and vendors;

• Analysing applications, integrations and system dependencies;

• Supporting technical discovery and current-state analysis;

• Translating technical discussions into clear requirements and documentation;

• Supporting vendor engagement, options analysis and evaluation activities;

• Identifying technical dependencies, constraints and risks; and

• Contributing to future-state and cloud migration recommendations.

For this position, I’m looking for an experienced Functional Analyst or technically strong BA with exposure to large ERP, CRM or enterprise platform transformations. Strong application, integration and cloud knowledge will be highly regarded.
 
About You

For both opportunities, I’m particularly interested in people who have worked within large, complex enterprise transformations and can hit the ground running.
 
ERP experience is highly desirable, although I’m equally interested in candidates with strong experience across other major enterprise platforms. Previous procurement, vendor selection or RFQ / RFP experience would also be beneficial.
 
These are immediate contract opportunities based in Brisbane, with potential to continue as the broader transformation progresses.
