**About the Opportunity:
**
This is a UNIQUE opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting the execution of workshop and mentoring program events through the ‘Brisbane Business Hub’ (BBH) initiative. Supporting the Head of Programming, you will help deliver high-quality experiences that advance the city’s strategic ambitions, within the BBH – a dynamic space where local businesses connect, collaborate, and grow.
 
**Who are we looking for?
**
You will bring a strong background in either administration, customer service or event coordination. Professional yet approachable, you will be a collaborative team player known for your proactive, can-do attitude. You will thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, and can adapt easily to changing priorities and excel at juggling varied responsibilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also a must!
 
A typical day will entail:

  • Coordinate workshop event logistics, including registration, scheduling, and reporting;

  • Act as the primary customer service contact for program attendees;

  • Provide business support as needed, liaising with relevant stakeholders;

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the marketing team, to ensure seamless event execution;

  • Manage relevant platforms and office operations; and

  • Professional development and training opportunities, including access to formal study assistance.
