An established and growing technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across Managed Services, Cloud and Cyber Security solutions.

About the Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and winning new opportunities across the Melbourne market.
This is a true hunting role where you will be supported by marketing initiatives, internal technical specialists and a strong delivery team, allowing you to focus on building relationships and generating revenue.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing a strategic new business plan;
Identifying opportunities across Managed Services, Cyber Security and Cloud solutions;
Building relationships with key decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise organisations;
Running discovery meetings and uncovering customer challenges;
Working closely with technical teams to develop tailored solutions;
Managing opportunities through the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close; and
Maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting activities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
Experience selling Managed Services, Cyber Security or IT Solutions;
A proven track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets;
Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling capability;
Experience engaging with C-suite and senior decision-makers;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; and
A self-motivated and proactive approach to business development.
