What you’ll be doing:

• Engaging with businesses across Australia;

• Building relationships with decision-makers;

• Generating and qualifying new opportunities;

• Working closely with senior sales leaders;

• Learning a high-performing consultative sales approach; and

• Contributing to a fast-moving, energetic team culture.

What we’re looking for:

• 6–24 months experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or call centre environments;

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone;

• Competitive mindset and resilience;

• High energy with a genuine desire to build a career;

• Someone coachable who wants to learn from strong leaders; and

• Driven by progression, success, and commission potential.
