About the Role
The Campus Manager provides on-site leadership and coordination across all areas of campus operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional teaching, learning, and student support services. You’ll oversee day-to-day functions, support staff and academics, manage logistics and facilities needs, and serve as the central point of contact for students, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate campus operations, events, logistics, WHS actions, and emergency response readiness;
Facilitate the delivery of academic programs and student services in a collaborative, hub-and-spoke environment
Foster student and community engagement through responsive local initiatives and activities;
Ensure teaching spaces, labs, and facilities are operational and fit for purpose; and
Provide data-driven insights to support planning, infrastructure enhancements, and UOW’s multi-campus strategy
Key Criteria
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in higher education management or related field;
Proven experience in campus or service operations within the education/university sector;
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience liaising across academic, administrative, and student-facing teams
Demonstrated leadership in coordinating staff or services in a complex, multi-team environment;
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills with a focus on service quality;
Knowledge of WHS, risk management, and service compliance; and
Commitment to equity, diversity, cultural sensitivity, and positive student outcomes.
