About the Role

The Campus Manager provides on-site leadership and coordination across all areas of campus operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional teaching, learning, and student support services. You’ll oversee day-to-day functions, support staff and academics, manage logistics and facilities needs, and serve as the central point of contact for students, service providers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate campus operations, events, logistics, WHS actions, and emergency response readiness;

  • Facilitate the delivery of academic programs and student services in a collaborative, hub-and-spoke environment

  • Foster student and community engagement through responsive local initiatives and activities;

  • Ensure teaching spaces, labs, and facilities are operational and fit for purpose; and

  • Provide data-driven insights to support planning, infrastructure enhancements, and UOW’s multi-campus strategy

Key Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in higher education management or related field;

  • Proven experience in campus or service operations within the education/university sector;

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience liaising across academic, administrative, and student-facing teams

  • Demonstrated leadership in coordinating staff or services in a complex, multi-team environment;

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills with a focus on service quality;

  • Knowledge of WHS, risk management, and service compliance; and

  • Commitment to equity, diversity, cultural sensitivity, and positive student outcomes.
