About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded channel lead looking to take ownership of a strategically important customer.

You'll lead the end-to-end customer strategy, own the Joint Business Plan and P&L, and work closely with internal teams to deliver sustainable growth across the channel. From ranging and promotional planning through to commercial negotiations and long-term customer partnerships, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions that matter.

You'll partner closely with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain and Finance, using data and customer insights to identify opportunities, challenge the status quo and continue building on an already successful business. 
 
About You

  • You’ll likely have 5-7 years’ experience in account or channel management;

  • Extensive experience in managing end to end customer relationships and delivering strong commercial results;

  • Total ownership of P&L and leading multiple, successful JBPs;

  • A commercial mindset with the ability to think strategically while still rolling your sleeves up when required;

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence both internally and externally;

  • A naturally curious approach, using data and insights to spot opportunities and drive growth; and

  • Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys working collaboratively, backs yourself commercially and is looking to join a business where you can genuinely make an impact.
