**About the Role

**The Channel Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of a high-profile Ready-to-Drink portfolio across Australia's most strategically important retail customers. Responsible for developing and executing channel plans, this role will build strong customer partnerships, lead commercial negotiations and identify opportunities to accelerate distribution, ranging, promotional effectiveness and category growth. Working closely with Marketing, Category, Innovation, Supply Chain and Finance teams, you'll translate consumer insights into winning customer strategies while delivering strong commercial outcomes in one of the fastest-growing segments of the beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead strategic RTD customer relationships across major national retail partners;

  • Develop and execute channel plans that drive revenue, share, distribution and profitability growth;

  • Lead commercial negotiations across ranging, pricing, promotions, space and activations;

  • Identify and unlock growth opportunities through innovation, new formats and occasion-based selling;

  • Partner cross functionally to deliver successful product launches, promotional plans and execution excellence; and

  • Analyse performance, provide commercial insights and champion best-practice sales.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in National Account Management or Channel Leadership within FMCG;

  • Proven success managing major retail customers;

  • Strong commercial negotiation skills across ranging, pricing, promotions and trade investment;

  • Deep understanding of RTD, beverage or adjacent FMCG categories;

  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder influencing capability; and

  • Growth-minded, commercially savvy and comfortable operating in a dynamic, high performance environment.
