Our client is an small-cap ASX-listed healthcare technology business spanning digital health platforms, telehealth and specialist distribution, operating in a fast-evolving and increasingly regulated treatment market. They have built an integrated, scaling ecosystem with multiple revenue streams and an active M&A pipeline. The company is at a genuine inflection point in its growth.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the CEO and partnering closely with the Board, the Chief Financial Officer will sit at the centre of the company’s growth strategy. The mandate is broad: financial strategy and FP&A, capital markets engagement and investor relations (including roadshows and capital raising) and the full M&A cycle from due diligence to integration. It also carries ASX governance and disclosure, Audit & Risk Committee support and the development of a high-performing finance team.

The Ideal Candidate

The natural profile is a proven and resilient CFO, though we are equally interested in finance leaders ready to step up: a Deputy CFO, Financial Controller or Finance Director. Candidates will be CA or CPA qualified with 10+ years of senior financial leadership and demonstrated exposure to capital markets, fundraising and M&A. ASX-listed and healthcare experience are both ideal but not essential. What matters most is commercial judgement, strong governance instincts and composure through significant growth.
