About the Role
 
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this appointment will play a central role in delivering the Lions’ strategic and infrastructure ambitions. The role oversees major stadium and precinct developments, strategic planning, and the identification of new, diversified business opportunities beyond football. It is a highly influential executive position, working closely with government, industry partners and the AFL to deliver outcomes of lasting impact.
 
About You
 
You are a commercially astute senior leader with experience in sport, major venues, infrastructure, or adjacent sectors, and a track record in strategic planning and complex program delivery. You bring proven capability engaging with government and public-sector stakeholders, alongside strong people leadership and a practical, outcomes-focused approach. The credibility to represent the Club at executive level and with key external partners is essential.
