YOU will shape the future of this company!
Your Mission:
Leading and scaling all commercial and operational teams;
- Sales, customer service, campus operations, digital ops, systems and tooling;
Building scalable systems, processes, and teams from the ground up;
Driving operational excellence through data, automation, and technology;
Turn a high-growth scale-up into a repeatable, data-driven, well-oiled machine;
Owning the full customer lifecycle and P&L;
Translating the 3-year strategy into clear annual plans, targets, and execution;
Leading national campus expansion across multiple states; and
Acting as a true thought partner to the founders.
We Are Looking For:
Strong Senior Leadership experience (COO, GM, Head of Ops, VP);
Proven experience scaling a B2C, multi-site, or service-led business;
Strong commercial acumen with full P&L ownership;
A builder - someone who loves ambiguity and creating structure from scratch;
Deep systems thinking (processes, tech, data, automation);
A coach who can develop leaders; and
Customer-obsessed, with uncompromising standards.
